ATHLETICS:
Tonight, the JV football team will play away at Live Oak at 6pm. Good luck Wildcats!
The Ladycats volleyball team will be playing at Prairieville. Freshmen start at 4pm, followed by JV and Varsity. Good luck Ladycats!
There will be a fishing team meeting tonight in the cafeteria at 6:30pm.

We are excited to share that Neighbors will be conducting a WHS Homecoming Basket Giveaway this year! Any student that opens a new Mascot Checking account between 09/08/2025-10/17/25 will be entered into a drawing to win a Wildcat Branch Homecoming Gift Basket of $250.00 value.
Don’t forget Walker High Key Club and Mentorship Program are hosting a food drive this week. First block/homeroom with the most donations wins a donut party!

See you at the pole" is a nationwide event where students gather at the flagpole to pray. Wednesday morning at 7am at the flagpole across from the cafeteria, all Walker High students are invited to join in prayer. See you Wednesday morning!
FCA sponsored "Pizza and Jesus" will be moving to a new location this week into the new gym. Pizza and Jesus is a Bible study that happens every lunch shift on Mondays and Wednesdays. See you there!
The college recruiter from ULM, University of Louisiana at Monroe, will be here at all lunch shifts on WEDNESDAY. They will have a table set up in front of the cafeteria and will be glad to let you know about the programs they offer at their school.
