ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR FRIDAY, AUGUST 21, 2026      

ATHLETICS:  

·Any girl interested in trying out for the inaugural Lady Cat Flag football team must sign up in the Annex Office today! There will be an informational meeting next week after school. Listen to announcements for the date and time. 

·Students, don't forget we have a football scrimmage tonight at 6pm in Wildcat Stadium. Our Wildcats will play South Lafourche. Admission is free for students ONLY if you have your student ID. 

·There will be a bass fishing team meeting on August 31^st in the cafeteria at 6:30pm.  If you are interested in finding out more, join us on August 31st. 

·Athletic Letterman Jackets will be ordered on Thursday, August 27^th for those that qualified last year and never ordered.  Order forms are in the Annex and MUST be signed by your coach showing that you have lettered. 

"Meet the Wildcats" will be on Monday at 6pm in Wildcat Stadium to introduce our Fall Sports, the band, dance and cheer teams.  There will be refreshing food trucks there.  Come out and meet your Wildcats as we kick off our fall athletics. 

STUDENTS:

·Any student interested in joining HOSA: A student organization for future healthcare professionals, should pick up a registration packet outside Mrs. Bourn's room, 311. 

·The Marine Recruiter will be at all lunch shifts today!  Stop by the table to get more information!
