ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026      

ATHLETICS:  

·Congratulations to our Wildcats for their 42-0 win over Scotlandville last Friday.  This week we are back home as we take on Dutchtown. This is our "Bleacher Blast" Night ... all WHS students will get in FREE this Friday, but you must show your physical student ID ... the one you wear every day ... in order to get in free!  This is also an opportunity to WIN CLASS POINTS. Our game theme Friday night will be Super Heros.  Start making plans now to fill the bleachers Friday night!

CONGRATULATIONS:

·Congratulations to the Walker JROTC Raiders for winning the 5th Annual Walker Raider Challenge. Out of 27 teams, Walker Raider-A Team took first overall winning every event while Walker Raider-B Team placed third overall. Great job Raiders."

STUDENTS:

·“See you at the pole" is a nationwide event where students gather at the flagpole to pray.  All Walker High students are invited to join in prayer this Wednesday morning, September 23rd at 7am at the flagpole across from the cafeteria.  See you Wednesday morning!

·All students are invited to FCA sponsored "Pizza and Jesus" Bible studies every lunch shift on Mondays and Wednesdays.  "Pizza and Jesus" is in the team room next to the fieldhouse. See you there!

·Four grades. One Stadium. One Champion. The ultimate showdown is back-Bloomer Bowl 2026 Kicks off Monday, November 9, 2026, at 6:15 pm! Girls hit the field and battle for glory! Boys step up as coaches and cheerleaders! Sign up today and rep your grade in the big game. Visit the wildcat window or the Annex!
