ATHLETICS:  

· The tennis team will play Parkview today at Legacy.

· The JV baseball team will play at home against Central starting at 4pm.

CONGRATULATIONS:

·Our MCJROTC drill, physical training and rifle represented Walker High in an exemplary manner over this past weekend. The results of the competition are as follows:   Armed Drill Division, the Feral Cats finished 1^st Place Overall; Unarmed Drill Division, the Wildcats finished 1^st Place Overall; Individual drill- Cadet Vincent finished 1^st place among over 200 other cadets; Cadet Challenge, our program finished 1^st Place Overall; Obstacle Course, our program finished 1^st place Overall. With Cadet Ty Guillory being best male performer overall and Cadet Mirelle Martinez being best female performer overall; Rifle Team, our program finished 4^th Place Overall; and the Walker MCJROTC teams collectively earned the title of Vernon Classic Drill meet Champions. 

ALL STUDENTS:

·Today is FCA sponsored "Pizza and Jesus” Join us on your lunch shift for Bible study.   

·Attention Carpentry Competition team: You will need to see Mr. Holland in room 5003 today or Tuesday for your assignment in preparation for the FFA Area 4 contest. We will have our first practice, Wednesday after school till 5. 

·Golden Wildcats Dance Team Tryout Packets are now available at the Wildcat Window! Tryouts will be held March 23-27! Packets are due March 19th!

·Prom News: Prom Tickets will go on sale Today AFTER SCHOOL. Make sure you have completed your clearance sheet and have taken care of any fees or obligations that you have pending. If you have questions, you can visit the Annex during your lunch.
