ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2026
ATHLETICS:
Girls Soccer will hold try-outs Wednesday night from 6-8 in Wildcat Stadium. If you are interested in trying out you must bring a current LHSAA physical, tennis shoes or cleats and shin guards. Any questions see Mrs. Allen in room 604.
SENIORS:
If you missed getting a "Letter to Yourself" at the Senior Sunrise, you can pick one up from the Annex. Don't forget to turn these in to us for safe keeping. We will give them back to you at graduation.
STUDENTS:
Students, don't forget we have class events this week. This is your opportunity to get points for your class! Each event is from 6-8pm and the cost is $5. It comes with pizza and a drink. You can get your tickets at i2Tickets.com.
On Tuesday, the Junior Launch will be a game night with volleyball, cornhole and some other games in the Glenn Ellis Gym.
Thursday, the Sophomore Surge will be a glow party in the new gym.
The Freshmen Fusion is a dance social in the new gym.
Make plans to attend these events with your friends!
The Seniors had a big turnout at their event on Friday, so the Race to the Top is on!!!
Anyone wanting to audition for Percy Jackson needs to meet this Wednesday after school briefly in the theater room.

After reading this, managing this whole series of events feels a lot like playing monkey mart: you have to be quick on your feet to calculate the $5 ticket price, while also rushing back and forth—from the practice field to the rehearsal room—to collect the "profit," which in this case is the team spirit generated by tossing plates and dishes!
Those class events sound like a great way for students to get together and have some fun outside of class. Speaking of free time, Subway Surfers Online is an easy little game to jump into when you want to relax for a few minutes. It’s simple, fast, and pretty fun.
