ATHLETICS:
·        Tonight, the Walker Boys' Soccer Team will take on Westminster in the last home game of the season. Kickoff at 6:00 pm.
·        The Varsity Lady Cats basketball team will play Zachary at home tonight. The game will start at 5:30pm.
·        The Lady Cats soccer team is scheduled to play at Dunham at 6pm. The game could be moved due to the weather.
·        Any boys interested in being part of the golf team need to sign-up at the Annex today. There will be a meeting later this week.
·        Letterman jacket and patch orders will be taken tomorrow. If you want to order a letterman jacket or patch please get an order form from your coach, sponsor or the Annex. All order forms must be signed to show that you are eligible to order.
CONGRATULATIONS:
·        Congratulations to the JROTC for winning the Louisiana State Championship in the Armed Drill Division and the State Runner up in the Unarmed Drill Division. Both were in the Marine Corps Category of competition.
ALL STUDENTS
·        This Friday, January 26 is Fundraiser Friday to benefit the teacher appreciation fund. Students may wear casual dress for $2. Casual dress guidelines should be followed. Students may wear any school appropriate shirt with blue jean bottoms or school uniform bottoms. As always, jeans should NOT have any holes, shirts must be full length and have sleeves. Any shoe and hats may be worn. Students will pay their first block teachers on Friday.
·        The Green & White Cookie Site is excited to announce that our double chocolate chip cookies are back for a limited time only! Order online by 11AM for delivery today!
·        Due to rain in tomorrow’s forecast, Bloomer Bowl will be postponed. The new date will be announced. Girls who are participating and boys who are coaching - get with your sponsor for updated practice times. Boys who are participating as cheerleaders - see Mrs. Gallman (room 1012) on your lunch shift this Friday for an updated practice schedule.
