ATHLETICS:
· Letterman jackets and patches will be ordered on Thursday, April 25th. Don’t forget all order forms must be pre-approved by your coach or teacher sponsor.
· Volleyball tryouts will be May 6-9, 3:30-5pm, in the Glenn Ellis Gym.
· Anyone interested in trying out for next year's Color Guard should pick up tryout packets at the Wildcat Window or the band room.
ALL STUDENTS:
· Tonight, our Choir will present their recital in the Conference Room. Admission is $5. Tickets can be purchased at the door with a card.
· Students who will be a Senior in the 24-25 school year and will be 17 years old by November 30, 2024 may apply for the Firefighter I & II Course. Because it is a two-semester course, students who are accepted must commit to taking the course at Fire District Training Station located in Walker. Classes will be offered from 1:00 – 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. More information is available on the app!
· Today there will be a recruiter here from AIE Arts and Entertainment of Lafayette during all 3 lunch shifts in front of the cafeteria. Stop by to get more information about AIE Arts and Entertainment. Tomorrow, someone from the US Coast Guard will here.
· Don’t forget our theater department is presenting “The Butler Did It” this week. There are nightly shows starting Wednesday, a dinner theater on Saturday and a matinee on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased through i2Tickets.com. Come out and support your theater department.
SENIORS:
· Seniors… Senior Clearance Starts on Wednesday, April 24th!!! Clearance Sheets have been distributed, but you cannot start getting signatures until Wednesday. Make sure all your fees, paperwork and everything you borrowed has been turned in so that your teachers can sign your clearance sheet.
· Seniors, if you would like your scholarship recognized at Senior Awards, please turn in a copy of any scholarship you may have been awarded to your counselor by Friday, May 3rd, 2024.
· If you would like to be recognized at Graduation, please turn in a copy of any scholarship from a college, community college, or technical school to your counselor by Friday May 3rd, 2024.
· If you are enlisting in any branch of the military and would like to be recognized at Graduation, please turn in a copy of enlistment paperwork to your counselor or have your recruiter email your counselor with the information.
