ATHLETICS:

·         Today, the varsity baseball team will play Ascension Christian here at home. The game will start at 6:30pm.  

CONGRATULATIONS:

·         Congratulations to the following students who made it to round 2 of competition testing for HOSA State Leadership Conference. These students will be competing with students from across the state today. 

o   CPR/First Aid - Allison Hamilton & Caroline Meserve

o   Forensic Science - Christen McGee & Lauren Arceneaux

o   Medical Assisting - Caroline Meserve

o   Medical Spelling - Allison Hamilton 

·         Congratulations to the Walker JROTC for winning the Louisiana Raider All-Service State Championship on Saturday. This is the second year in a row for Walker to be Raider State Champions. The Walker Raiders will compete next at the Marine Corps Raider National Championship this April in Pennsylvania.

ALL STUDENTS:

·         Today is the Sombreros fundraiser from 1030a-930p. The band receives 15% of all orders that mention the “Band of Legacy".
