ATHLETICS:
·        Congratulations to the boys’ freshmen and varsity basketball teams for their win over Woodlawn last night. The boys play again on Saturday at Archbishop Hannan.
·        Congratulations to the Lady Cats soccer team for their win over Woodlawn. The Lady Cats play again here at home on Saturday against St. Amant at 11am. Â
·        Tonight, the Lady Cats basketball team will play Dutchtown here at home. JV starts at 5:30pm, followed by Varsity. The JV Lady Cats will play tomorrow at Zachary in the JV tournament.
·        Tomorrow, our wrestling team will be hosting the JV Great Baton Rouge City Championships in Wildcat Gymnasium.
·        Our Lady Cats softball team will be scrimmaging at Hammond America.
·        Track practice will begin Tuesday, Jan. 30th immediately after school at the track. See Coach Edwards in room 414 if you have any questions.
·        The Walker Esports Team will host tryouts on Monday, January 29th, in the Esports Lab, Room 409 above the PE Gym. The Esports team is looking for those interested in competing in Valorant and Overwatch 2. For more details, see Coach Price!Â
