· Homecoming events this week:

Tomorrow’s Theme - Dress in camo

o THURSDAY: Dress in your class colors (Freshman-Black, Sophomores-White, Juniors-Green, Seniors-Gold)

o FRIDAY: Dress as BBQ Dads vs. Soccer Moms

THURSDAY – HOMECOMING GAME at 7pm

FRIDAY – HOMECOMING PARADE at 5pm

SATURDAY – HOMECOMING DANCE, 8-11pm

· Homecoming tickets are on sale through: i2Tickets.com for $20 each. This is the same site that you purchase tickets to our athletic events!!! The last day to purchase tickets is TOMORROW. Students are permitted one guest. There is a Student Ticket and a Guest Ticket. Guest tickets are for GUESTS THAT DO NOT ATTEND WALKER HIGH. Names will be printed on the tickets and we will check tickets and IDs at the door. They must match! No Junior High students are permitted as guests.

· “See you at the pole" is a nationwide event where students gather at the flagpole to pray. On Wednesday morning at 7am at the flagpole across from the cafeteria, all Walker High students are invited to join in prayer. See you Wednesday morning!

· This week we will have several recruiters on campus. Be sure to stop by during lunch to request information about their respective colleges. Today, we will have LA Tech University visiting. Be sure to stop by their table during your lunch to get more information about Louisiana Tech.
