ATHLETICS:
· Congratulations to our freshmen and JV football teams for their wins over Woodlawn last night.
· The Walker High Athletic Department would like to congratulate Lillyanna Felder and Atlas Gillich from our swim team and Audrey Ferrand on our volleyball team for being named Jersey Mike’s Athletes of the Week. Good job to these student-athletes.
· Last weekend the Wildcat Swim Team opened the season with two swimmers each setting 4 personal bests in the Capital City Swim League Kickoff Classic. Lily Felder and Atlas Gillich both set records in the 50 free and 100 free, on the two relays each swam on. Remy O’Reilly also had 3 personal bests, and Wyatt Howard and Derrick Stampley each set two personal records. Great start to our swim team!
