ATHLETICS AND EVENTS:

· Congratulations to the Cross-Country team. Both girls’ and boys’ teams qualified in the district meet to compete at the state cross country meet later this month. Peyton Levy, Lawson Borne, Candilynn Vega and Tamara Fonseca all finished in the top 25. Congratulations Wildcats!

· Tonight, our Wildcats will play at home against Denham Springs in their Senior Night game. Senior recognition will start at 6:15pm and the game at 7pm. Prior to the game the Chase Tyler Band will be performing starting at 4:30. Your game ticket gets you into the concert for free. Come out and enjoy the music, tailgate, and cheer on your Wildcats tonight!!!

· Tomorrow, the girls’ basketball team will scrimmage in Lafayette and the wrestling team will have a match at St. Michael’s. Good luck to all our Wildcats!!!

· On Monday, Nov. 6th we will Meet the Wildcats for our Winter sports. The event will take place in the new gym at 6pm.

· Our annual Bloomer Bowl will be held Monday, December 11. All students on campus are encouraged to participate in this exciting event where our girls get to show off their football-handling skills, and the boys who aren't coaching these girls will engage the crowd with their cheerleading skills! The cost to participate is $25. All students who sign up for Bloomer Bowl will receive a shirt that can be worn to school on gameday. This event is a cheerleader fundraiser. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out any of our cheerleaders on campus. Packets with additional information can be picked up at the Wildcat Window.

SENIORS:

· Herff Jones will be here on Thursday, Nov. 9th to take Senior Orders. They will be located in the new gym lobby during all 3 lunch shifts.
